What is the NPAA?
The National Performing Arts Alliance (NPAA) is a forward-thinking UK awarding organisation that offers high-quality qualifications in dance, drama, and musical theatre. Recognised and regulated, NPAA exams are designed to develop strong technique, artistry, and performance skills, while also opening doors for future opportunities in education and the performing arts industry.

One of the biggest advantages of taking NPAA examinations is that higher-level exams are recognised on the UCAS tariff system. This means students can earn UCAS points through their dance exams — the same points used when applying to universities and higher education courses in the UK.
